Purpose:
To directly procure the services of Citymapper
at a cost of £50,000 over two years. The Mayor wants to
improve the information available to customers ‘at
stop’ therefore the Citymapper app provides a way of
enhancing this customer offer. The global profile of Citymapper and
the ability to customise the user interface should provide a
user-friendly experience that will improve the current information
provision to passengers.
Access to the search data will also be offered to SYMCA. This data
will provide insight to the types of journeys that people are
searching for within South Yorkshire and provide insight as to
where the greatest journey demand exists.

To procure Citymapper.

Not procuring Citymapper and the services they
are offering, which include the collection of data relating to
journey demand in the form of origin and destination
data.
