The Forward Plan is a document that sets out information about ‘key decisions’ that the Combined Authority will make at meetings or people that may make them. The list includes all the key decisions we expect to take, and gives at least 28 days notice of them, in advance of the decision. By law, councils must publish these in a monthly Forward Plan. This provides the public with the opportunity to be aware of important matters which are coming up.
