of an existing contract.

for a 3-year term commencing 1st August 2024 with an option of a
two-year extension. The estimated value of the contract is
£222,000.
Alternative options considered:
No other options were considered, as the need
to contract out for this contract is critical to the operation of a
number of properties within SYMCA’s portfolio.
