In recent years SYMCA has only paid 90% of ENCTS concessionary claims to Supertram due to some tickets being used for multiple trips. Supertram asked if this could be reviewed as data no longer supports a reduction of 90%. The data we do hold is unable to validate any reduction measures. In the interests of being transparent and defensible it is recommend to remove the 90% measure and pay Supertram 100% of their ENCTS claims, ensuring the statutory “no better, no worse” legislation is met.
