Paul Leedham

Paul Leedham is the managing director of Matrix Energy Systems, an MCS certified installer. The Sheffield-based company was established in 2009 and has grown to become a leading provider of intelligent renewable energy, heating and cooling solutions in both the domestic and commercial markets. To date, Paul and his team have delivered more than 1,000 renewable energy installations across the UK. He supports consumers on their journey to adopting renewable energy solutions, from design to installation.

Paul authored the BPEC Heat Pump Installation Training Course and is currently developing the new MCS heat pump competent persons scheme. Multi-award-winning Matrix scooped both Air Source Heat Pump Installer of the Year and Ground Source Heat Pump Installer of the Year at the National ACR & Heat Pump Awards 2020.
