Clare Monaghan

Clare is the Executive Director of Policy and Strategic Development at South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority. Clare is responsible for policy direction, strategic planning, external engagement with Government, partners and communities, communication, environment and health.   Clare has worked in local and regional government for the last 16 years with particular experience in policing and community safety at Greater Manchester Authority where she was a Director for six years prior to joining SYMCA.
